Please Allow 2 - 3 Working Days For Your Order To Be Shipped. If you would like your item to be sent as soon as possible please pop us a message and we can arrange this for you. Where Possible Your Order Will Be Sent Same Day If Placed Before 1pm. Orders Made After 2pm Friday, will be posted the following Monday.

We accept returns and exchanges of unwanted items within 14 days of receipt. Merchandise must be returned in the original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) and with tags attached. Unfortunately at present we do not offer pre-paid returns. We do not accept returns on items that have been ordered in specifically for customers. These items will only be available for exchange or store credit.
Please post securely as we can't be held liable for returns that go missing in transit.
Please send all unwanted orders back to our store:
2 Saturday Market Place, King's Lynn, Pe30 5dq. Please don't forget to include your completed returns form with the parcel. If the returns form and/or order details are not included this will delay the returns process.
ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR PACKAGE, YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 14 WORKING DAYS OF RECEIPT.
REFUNDS can take up to 14 WORKING DAYS but we aim to do them as quickly as possible.
CREDIT NOTES/ VOUCHERS HAVE 3 MONTHS TO USE FROM THE DATE GIVEN.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return. We always strive to get the best possible quality items so if you do find a fault with your item, please let us know and we can arrange an exchange (if item isn’t in stock a credit note will be given) We do not accept returns on faulty items one month after your purchase so please do let us know as soon possible. We retain the right to refuse the return of faulty goods.
Items purchased from the SALE are non refundable and we do not accept exchanges on sale items.
Simply fill out the returns form stating the items you wish to exchange. Where possible we will exchange but if we don’t have the stock in a full refund will be given (other than on sale items) We will aim to get this exchanged for you as soon as possible so please allow 2/3 days before this is processed.
