DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Orders placed before 3.00pm will be shipped that day if possible. Any orders placed after 3.00pm will be shipped the following working day.
We don't have weekend collections so any orders placed AFTER 3pm FRIDAY will not be shipped until MONDAY.

Free delivery is available on all orders £50 or over.

Why not collect your purchase from our store! Please note your item may not be available until the next working day if it is not currently located at the store. Feel free to call us to check before visiting!
Please note this policy relates to our online purchases only. Our in-store policy is different and terms and conditions for those purchases can be found on the in-store receipts provided when purchasing an item.
We accept returns and exchanges of unwanted items within 7 days of receipt. Merchandise must be returned in the original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) and with tags attached. Unfortunately at present we do not offer pre-paid returns.
Please post securely as we can't be held liable for returns that go missing in transit.

Please don't forget to include your completed returns form with the parcel. If the returns form and/or order details are not included this will delay the returns process and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to process the return within the allocated time mentioned.
ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR PACKAGE, YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 14 WORKING DAYS OF RECEIPT.
REFUNDS can take up to 14 WORKING DAYS but we aim to do them as quickly as possible.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return. After three months we retain the right to refuse the return of faulty goods.
Items purchased from the SALE are non refundable and we do not accept exchanges on sale items.
RETURNS IN STORE
Online orders can be returned in store. Please bring with you a copy of your order receipt.
Simply fill out the returns form stating the items you wish to exchange. Where possible we will exchange but if we don’t have the stock in a full refund will be given (other than on sale items) We will aim to get this exchanged for you as soon as possible so please allow 2/3 days before this is processed.
